By accessing Apollon Host, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website or using any other services provided by Apollon Host.
We, Apollon Host (a division of Apollon AI Research), reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. Any changes to these Terms of Service will take effect immediately from the date of publication.

Uploading requires an account, and the only way to get one is to authorise with Discord. There is no invite, queue, or fee. If you have a Discord account, you may use this service. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure, because anyone who controls it controls your uploads here.
You must also keep to Discord’s own terms. If Discord terminates your account, you lose access to this one.

You may not:
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source from the service.
  • Strip copyright, watermarks, or other proprietary notices from files or the site.
  • Upload or share harassing, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material, including child sexual abuse material, which we will report.
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Spam, scrape, or flood uploads or reports.
  • Harvest other users’ data.
  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant Apollon Host a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide licence to store, proxy, and display that content so we can provide hosted URLs on this origin.
You are responsible for the files you publish. We may delete content with or without notice. Report breaches from the Report page.

Links and embeds you share through the service may include third-party material. We are not responsible for that material. Report abuse from the Report page.

We or you may end the relationship. Contact us from the Report page to request deletion and prove ownership. We may terminate accounts anytime, without notice or compensation, and data may be lost.

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Apollon Host for use of this website.
